	Another deli staple is the pasta salad. JK's is bursting with flavour, colour, and more flavour!
Ostrich Egg Salad
	No, not really, but the flavour is so big that you'd think so. Normally you see egg salad as a sandwich but this devilish version needs no bread to stand out!
Apple Garlic ColeSlaw
	The name says it all. We make a apple beer aioli to mix in with crispy cabbage and carrot to make a creamy, crunchy treat!
Anti pasto
	All the best foods we could get our hands on made into one salad. We managed to get spicy eggplant, pitted kalamata and stuffed green olives, artichoke hearts, bison salami, bison garlic sausage, pickled banana peppers and some of our own pickled vegetables. I told you it was crammed!
